施設は綺麗でしたが、周りに何もなく買い物も出来ないし海も遊泳禁止なのでプールで過ごすしかないです。
他に食べるとこもない、アラカルトの選択肢もないので夜ブュッフェを頼んだらSR.3200とレストランスタッフに言われたのに、会計を見たらSR6300でした。
部屋のカードキーが壊れていて、鍵を使う様になっているが鍵を掛けるのが難しく、毎回近くのスタッフにやってもらっていた。
ネズミ国の人達ばかりで、マナーも悪く最悪な2日間。
レストランスタッフもちゃんとしてなくて、食べているものを持って行く、下げる時に他のゲストの食べ残しをテーブルを落として気づかずにいってしまった。
チェックアウトの時、支払を求められたが既にカード決済済のはずの旨を伝えたら、かなり待たされて謝りもせずにOKで終わり。
もしこちらが気づかずに払っていたら、返金してくれるのだろうか。
もう2度と泊まりたくないし、お勧めしません。
建物、部屋は綺麗ですよ。

酒店設施老舊了很多，洗手間的木門都都爛到什麼程度了，還有很多小蟲爬出來，電視台就更加多小蟲和螞蟻了，每天都會出現小蟑螂，這次住的時候已經打了8隻，挺失望的。早餐也沒有什麼可選擇的。

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay here to celebrate our father's birthday. The check-in process was smooth, and we had requested five adjoining rooms before our arrival. A big thank you to Hasini, Chinthaka, Tharindu and Sithmini (front office team) for accommodating our request. The kids had a fantastic time playing in the sun, sand, and the extra-long pool. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Special thanks to Chef Charith & Chef Harsha. A special shout out to Anura, Kapila, Geeshan, Selvam, Kaveesha, Rasindu, Kavindu, Lithmi and Indika for exceeding our expectations in terms of customer service. All members of staff always had a friendly smile on their faces and were always ready to assist in anything, including the staff in housekeeping. We were all pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of customer service. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to our next visit.

Highly recommend. Service is ecxellent. Buffet is great. Good variety. Stuart Dilusha Sandaruwan gave us a better and friendly & kindly service in resturant. He was gave us good service when we arrived to the resturant. We really enjoyed stay at the hotel.

This is very nice place on the panadura beach, when we entered this location we receive worm welcome from hotel staff, specially we would like to thank sethmini, she explain us everything properly & coordinate us until check out from this location. Foods are delishes, calm location to spend the time. So we will come back again soon.

Arive after 3pm and room all are busy and rooms are full Wonderfull service from Front Office Girl Sithmini. We got everything arranged on time. Good food good service when you come better get help from Front office. Assistant. Rooms are average have fix showers.
