Prachtig gelegen hotel vlak aan het strand en in de natuur. Dit geeft het hotel een meerwaarde. De kamers zijn voor hun prijs aan vernieuwing toe. Deuren, ramen en badkamer voldoen niet aan de huidige standaard. Terras kon niet gebruikt worden door nest van vogels wat op de meeste overdekte terrassen het geval was. Buffet was voor feest van San Joan in orde. We hebben er een onvergetelijke San Joan gevierd. Buffet dag nadien bbq was jammergenoeg niet top veel gerechten waren koud. Verder was er tijdens het verblijf continu een probleem met de elektriciteit waardoor we zelfs op zaterdagochtend vrij vroeg gewekt werden door het spontaan opspringen van de tv nadat de elektriciteit uitgevallen was en terug aanging. Voor de prijs verwachten we wel iets meer.

Wij zijn hier medio september geweest en het was heelijk vertoeven in en rond het hotel. Rustige kamer , uitzicht op golfbaan, en dagelijkse verversing van Nespresso cupjes. Airco koelde niet optimaal maar ja... wij houden van een koele slaapkamer en hebben toch heerlijk geslapen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet & zwembad is schitterend met verschillende plateau's Golfbaan is meer dan uitdagend en als gast van het hotel krijg je 50% korting op de greenfee . Her personeel is zeer vriendelijk en attent en wij konden onze Spaans op hen oefenen !

We have been many times to La Costa, but this visit was the first in 4 years because of Covid. We were not disappointed. It was as good ,perhaps even better than our previous holidays. Staff very welcoming and efficient, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately maintained and our room (junior suite ), very spacious with very comfortable beds. Excellent choice at breakfast which is served from 0730, perfect for our golf times at the adjoining Pals course. The course itself is in first class condition especially the greens. The clubhouse is very relaxing and ideal for lunch. The hotel’s beach restaurant is also a great choice for lunch. Dining in the evening , overlooking the beautiful pool, was a pleasure. We would recommend La Costa as a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside and picturesque villages, with a beautiful beach and dunes on its doorstep. We are looking forward to return visit.

Staff were rude from check in, dinner service poor on the first night. Pool is great. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Hotel is still living in the 90s. Definitely wouldn't bother with it again.

A great time in one of the most beautiful parts of Cataluña, Spain!!! Incredible time with our family; exceptional to go with kids, swimming pool incredible, food better, and such a beautiful golf! The hotel service friendly and very kind !!! We will repeat for sure

It is a run down hotel. The price of the room (€ 338,- per night) suggests that you will arrive in a luxurious hotel, but it is not worth the 4 stars that are on the building. Room and bathroom are old. Airconditioning is very noisy. Staff at reception have only eyes for their computer in the back room and do not notice guests waiting. They give no information when checking in about the hotel restaurants etc. 4 out of 5 days housekeeping came after 4 pm !!!!, while we were out of the room everyday by 10.30am. Ridiculous!! Sun beds at the pool are very old and worn out. Some of the staff are friendly, but a lot of them are annoyed by the guests. The only positive thing is the golf course. Good course and friendly staff. We will definitely not return.

Excellent beach resort. We stayed for 6 nights in June 2022.Very polite and helpful staff. I was concerned about visiting unfamiliar place but there was always someone ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view toward the pool area from our balcony. They have different size pools including a very shallow one which was perfect for our 18 mo old daughter. She enjoyed playing in the water very much. As other people mentioned the breakfast buffet is nice. Overall the Resort is well managed. Quiet. People are extremely polite. Speaking about both staff and visitors. We had enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again. The Resort is situated in the middle of Costa Brava and easy access to all interesting places. So rent a car and explore.

If you're a young family with small kids, this is the place for you. They will love the pool area. If you're a more mature traveler that expects comfort and service, you will be frustrated. Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. The breakfast buffet was good.
