Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale.
We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them.

Recepção preconceituosa (chegávamos de um passeio de 5 dias pelo Jalapão), quarto sem água no vaso sanitário e pia, faltava lençol em uma das camas, pedimos pra virem verificar, 30 min depois a camareira chegou com o lençol. Já estávamos de pijama quando nos ofereceram um quarto em outro andar, dizendo que no andar que estávamos não havia quarto vago sendo que o hotel, estava praticamente vazio. Não me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.

Local muito bom...porém recomendo que se você não tem cadastro no hotel.Procure fazer Antecipado pela Internet, porque na hora que Chega demora demais, mais o reto e bom

Problemas com cadastro são recorrentes, falta de cuidado no direcionamento dos quartos sendo direcionado para quartos com hóspedes. Desta vez as 17 horas o quarto sequer estava disponível, embora para acomodar ofereceram um upgrade depois de uma boa espera!!
Não dá para recomendar!!
