酒店整體風格不錯，位置也很好，就是訂普通標準間要特別注意， 有的房間窗子很高，要想看到外面要踩着凳子，感覺被監禁了。我就是因為這個換了個大的帶陽台的房間，但是每天多付了40歐元，最後每晚3千多元，感覺很貴，但又不想再拿着行李找酒店了。

Litet hotell i toppklass. Rummen perfekta, speciellt dusch och badrumsdelen. Dubbla dubbelglas vilket ger bra ljudisolering mot brus utifrån vägen. Takterassen gudomlig,likaså utsikten från restaurangen. Minimalistisk frukost men det fanns vad som behövdes. Läget i Palma kan inte bli bättre.

The Nakar Hotel is a scam. Do NOT be fooled by the pictures online. They do not reflect the property whatsoever. It says it’s a 4-star hotel, but it’s a 2 IF 3 at BEST. Our room stunk, the pool was more like a bathtub sizing-wise, and the front desk man was extremely rude and very likely racist?! We had a friend - who is Black - come by, and the man at the front desk quite literally demanded to view his passport. He also called up to our room and threatened to call the cops on us when we were talking - NOT yelling. This did not happen when we had a white friend come over. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful/nice Majorcan vacation.

Réception au top : personnel aimable et serviable (attention ne parlez pas français )
Spa très bien limité à 4 personnes (un jacuzzi en plus serait merveilleux)

We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. We chose it because of the location and the rooftop pool. The facilities are good and the room was fine. The location is excellent for exploring Palma.
When checking in, the man on reception was unfriendly and didn’t say hello.
We also had cash stolen from our room on two separate occasions. The first time we assumed we lost it ourselves but when it happened again the next day (we left the cash inside a sealed internal pocket of a full backpack of clothes), we knew it was the maids. We raised it with the hotel but of course we can’t prove it. Very disappointing for an upmarket hotel. We paid €750 for 3 nights. I would not stay here again.

Great location near the cathedralthe waterfront and shopping. My room smelled like a lovely spa from the products they supply. It did have a quirky layout not not in a way that was a problem, just different. Good water free and minibar. This is my 5th visit to Palma and third hotel and I will choose it again. I dont know where people with cars park but that was not an issue for me.

Everything was excellent and service was great and so was the location and was very quiet at night. Felt a little hot in room so not sure if AC was working effectively. But that was a very very minor point.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish.
Excellent location, super attentive lovely staff, nice design & spa with sauna and heated pool.
Great breakfast with a sea view.
Everything truly 10/10 all across a board.

From check in to check out, the hotel was fantastic. When reviewing the only thing i could not mark as excelent was ecofrendliness as i just didnt know. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was the same the room i had was immaculate.
