Perfectly located walking distance from the Cathedral and other sites. The hotel included breakfast on ******* - and there was a large choice of delicious options. However, no wash cloth, no restaurant that was open for dinner,
and there was no delay in shutting off electricity when you removed your key so that you ended up exiting the room in the dark. Overall, a positive experience with a lot of little annoying shortcomings.

This was a very nice hotel in a beautiful location in the old quarter of Palma. We arrived on foot and used public transportation. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly and attentive. No gym but bicycles to use for free. Also a lovely library for work or reading.

Awesome location in Palma! Great staff and the breakfast was very good (you can order eggs, omelets, etc a la carte). We had an issue with our room at check-in, but the reception helped to make up for it. Quaint, unique hotel with an awesome pool at the rooftop with views of the famous cathedral. Would stay here again should we get the opportunity to come back to Palma!

Loved everything about it! Great breakfast. Lovely, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and travel options. Left the hotel at 5am. They made sure our taxi was there for us. Even provided a breakfast box to take to the airport. Definitely going back. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely spot and a great location, and the service of the staff was great. The hotel itself is tucked back off of a busy street, so you're able to walk to historical sites and shopping nearby, but we never had any issues with street noise at night. We only stayed for a night and left early in the morning, so we weren't able to try the restaurant onsite, but the staff packed us a picnic for the airport, which was super nice. The rooftop pool is small but has lots of seating and a lovely view of the city.

This property is centrally located. Rooms are updated and modernized. Roof top has phenomenal view of city. Staff was super accommodating. Would highly recommend this property to other travelers.
