如果選擇來海島度假，是非常完美的酒店選擇！從酒店的休息廳就可以直通cala mayor beach，不大但就像一片很棒的私家海灘，人也不多。步行2分鐘就能搭乘4號公交車，可以直達市中心，想去找些餐廳或去城區逛逛也很方便。海景房間真的就是直面一整片海，太美了！房間有陽台還有藍牙音響，各種設施也很齊全。酒店服務很好，因為離開那天要一大早趕飛機，酒店幫我們安排了送機的的士還幫我們打包了早餐，非常nice

Accueil merveilleux et très souriant. Tout le monde est aux petits soins. J’ai goûté le meilleur tataki de thon, incroyablement fondant! Le seul hic: les cloisons entre les chambres vous laissent l’iode dormir et prendre votre douche avec vos voisins!

The hotel doesn’t merit a 4 star rating. The bathroom of the room we were first meant to stay in smelled badly. The hotel itself is in need of an update. The lawn chairs by the pool are not in great shape. The main redeeming quality of this hotel is it’s beachfront location and the beach is lovely. The staff at reception were not overly welcoming. I definitely would not consider this a “4 star boutique hotel”.

So this weekend I wanted a nice get away for my partner and I by the beach, and I was struck with total disapointment as soon as I walked in. I forgot my passport and to the people at reception it seemed like the end of the world, when I only needed to show them a picture of it that I had on the phone. I got my key card and made my way to the lift, the lift was an experience in itself, like something from a cheap block of flats where you can't trust if you will ever make it to your floor. When I made it to my floor 4 thats where the smell of faeces lingered in the hall way, but sadly it turned out that was just the smell of the floor. When I got to my room I felt like a walked into a 1 star hotel on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. But no, this was meant to be my 4* boutique room, after I had payed more for a suite. The bed was like a camp bed wasn't even a real bad, with its dollar store bedding, which wasn't even clean. Paint coming off the wall, stains all over the walls, even tooth paste on the bathroom door, which is glass....with a huge gap.....odd. From the pictures it was the opposite , this is false advertising. You can hear everything in the rooms next you, even the cleaning lady walking passed your room, I couldn't sleep as I had camp bed springs in my back, so I asked if I could have a room with a bed and he couldn't even offer me that. The breakfast that is a buffet by eye looks impressive it's quantity over quality, which is also the perfect way to describe the hotel as a whole. This is a 1* hotel for sure and I was very disappointed.

We loved this hotel for several things, its very good located, its in the first line of the beach, excellent breakfast, very good Restaurant Masai and lovely decorated rooms. The service of the people is very kind, the guess service is amazing.

Excellet hotel with seaview. The service is very good due to the hotel has not many rooms. The Masai is an excellent Restaurant and the rooms are very good. Recomended the 2115. We will return in June, just an advise book it through the belive website if you are looking for a good deal. Thanks to the Guess Service, she made our hollidays unforgetable.

I booked the hotel rooms (twin rooms) 9 months in advance only to be told on arrival they did have sufficient rooms and two members of the party would have to share a king size bed. I subsequently complained and in no certain terms I was told it’s just tough. There was no apology or customer goodwill gesture. The overall standard of the room’s are very poor, they do not represent the pictures shown on the hotel website, very tired, cramped and do represent 4 star quality. I won’t be booking this hotel again!,

.Stay away from this disgusting overpriced dieases wridden den of filth. Liked · Nothing, rude staff, disgusting room with dirty walls pillows and a complete lack of hygiene. At 8.30 pm I was informed I would have to wait until a room was ready and it would be a least a 30-minute wait minimum for the room to be cleaned.. seriously who in the hotel game doesn't know when their rooms will be ready for an 8.30 pm arrival. Hotel photos are a complete misrepresentation - refer to mine for the real state of the room. The room smelt of mould, found human fingernails on the floor, mouldy, rotten woodwork, grubby hand prints on the wall, mould in the bathroom, the smallest room with no space for your bag. Completely overpriced. A putrid stream with animal faeces / the smell of raw sewerage flows into the water out front with any rainfall. Seriously... STAY AWAY and save your money. By far the worst room in all of Europe ( yes that is a big call) Disliked · Guantanamo bay but smaller & noisier!! Don’t do it.. go next door, go anywhere but do-not waste your money here.. JUST DON’T. Worst hotel in Majorca award, in fact the whole island chain. Value for money = poor Staff Friendliness = poor Facilities = poor Cleanliness = disgusting Photo’s to actual = false The photos make it look nice but its just not. You will need good earplugs!!!! The noise coming thru the above floorboards gets you intimate with your neighbours movements from walking to toilet use. The hall floor boards, the lift, even the stair case is noisey. Thankfully most of this internal noise is drowned out by the road traffic noise. The rooms are clearly what Guantánamo Bay was modelled on, tiny & with sleep deprivation in mind. The rooms are shabby in need of repair, paint, tidy. It’s time for a face lift or a demolition. The front staff member didn't want to be there & made it really clear she was doing me a favour checking me in. It was 8:30 in the evening & she still required half an hour to check if the room was clean & ready. This being after waiting for the *********** booking that apparently hadn't come through to the hotel. Rather odd as I had an email copy of the booking delivered earlier. It more like a run down backpackers with a nice entry. Seriously just don't do it
