Prachtig hotel, stijlvol ingericht van alle comfort voorzien. Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel die het verblijf op het prachtige Mallorca nog aangenamer hebben gemaakt . De ligging is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om nog meer te genieten van de mooie plekken die Palma stad te bieden heeft .

Wat een top ervaring. Echt een waauw ervaring van begin tot einde! Super fijn ontvangst. Mooie en propere kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt met elke ochtend een site naar keuze. Personeel is super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Wij komen terug! !

We hebben tussen kerst en oud & nieuwjaar hier 4 dagen mogen verblijven, en het was een zeer bijzonder en aangenaam verblijf. Vanaf het begin word je in de watten gelegd, personeel ontzorgt je helemaal. Wij hadden een vroege vlucht naar Palma, maar konden om 10.00 uur al in onze kamer, wat een service! De kamer (wij hadden een junior-suite) was helemaal af, dat gold voor het hele hotel, elk detail klopte. 's Ochtends genoten op we de rooftop van de zon om vervolgens in de spa nog even helemaal te relaxen. Beiden moet je reserveren, zodat je ook in alle rust kunt genieten. Ontbijt is ook prima, ook daar zorgt het personeel goed voor je. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, midden in het oude centrum, eigenlijk is alles op loopafstand bereikbaar. En in de directe nabijheid heb je een aantal fantastische restaurants, personeel kan je tips geven.

Beste ontvangst ooit in een hotel. Super vriendelijk en binnen no time wisten we waar we heen moesten om te eten, waar de bezienswaardigheden waren ect. Kamer is top. De eerste kamer waar je de airco niet hoort en waar die niet over je bed heen staat te loeien. Gewoon lekker koel zonder dat je er last v hebt. Ontbijt was prima maar hebben we maar 1 x gedaan. Taxi bestellen ging ook prima en uitchecken ging vlot. Kortom een top hotel. Gaan zeker terug.

The best service! Luxuary! Fantastic hotel in the old town - close to everything. Very helpful staff! Georgoeus hotel and comfortable beds with really nice sheets. I recommend this little boutique hotel, it’s super! Roof top with sunbeds and spa room that you can book for yourself with sauna and cooler pool.

Excellent stay for my 50th Birthday .All the staff where friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived The breakfast had a good selection of various options and high quality food was served The cleanest of the hotel was superb and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of ensuring our room was clean and well stocked . Our room itself was a good Size and had lovely bedding and soft towels It’s is in a excellent location for seeing the sites and shopping and restaurants If you have booked this little gem you will not be disappointed

this amazing small hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in. from the minute you walk in and meet the amazing staff, who are helpful, friendly and caring, you feel as if you have been friends for years, incredible really. the rooms are wonderfully decorated and extremely comfy. the basement spa is great, and you have this to yourself, the rooftop is lovely. breakfast room is quite small, but actually really enjoyed it when i got used to it, and the food was good. the location is incredible, so quite, but 200 yards away right into the centre. lots of really good restaurants and cafes minutes away. but the highlight of this hotel "THE STAFF"

Superb location and the service from Pedro and the team was 5 star as is the hotel. A quality hotel. The room was stylish and like a suite with plenty of room and all the mod cons available and the room was turned over twice in one day. The coffee machine and coffee were top draw. Breakfast was very good and a thoroughly enjoyable short break.
