The location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.

Everything was amazing. Location couldn’t have been any better. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Only thing that would have made it better is breakfast offered at hotel instead of a random voucher for a place across the street but better than nothing! Will definitely recommend.

Only plus was it was close to downtown PS , so is Best Western…. A huge disappoin**ent. Can’t believe the word spa OR resort Is in name. Staff weren’t warm or inviting. $450 a night? WHAT A JOKE! We felt completely ripped off.
Don’t waste your money or time.

Hotel en plein cœur du centre ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix, chambre calme même si donnant sur rue. Bonne literie.

The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. The shower felt a little unsafe/slippery. The bathroom amenities were fine. The room temperature was good. The walls seem a little thin -- I could hear my neighbors. I loved the balcony, looking out onto the pool area.

Simple, clean and quiet. Great customer service and quiet environment. Place is a little dated from the inside but has a timeless look from the outside.

This hotel is in a great location, and the grounds and pool area are beautiful. The rooms really do need a refresh though, change out carpet, modernize bathrooms and new beds. Past responses from the Manager indicated a refresh was in the works but that is just lip service. Overall though it is right near downtown, and is priced well. You can’t go wrong staying at the Palm Mountain resort.
