This place is some magical. It's a very old building and it's very close to "original" so it's not an opulent new hotel with a roof top raw bar and spa. It's small and private and tasteful and classy. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are meticulous. The location is perfect: close enough to walk to the heart pf Palm Springs but just far enough to feel like a private enclave.

This property is like staying in a bit of a rundown apar**ent building. I can see it one time. It was a fabulous place, but there are some upgrades needed. My sink and shower leaked the entire time. The space under the door was letting in a little ***** of light and cold air. It couldn’t be in a better spot as far as convenience, and it is along the main parts of town. That is the best thing it has going for it! I hope they do some of those renovations, because this could be an amazing place to stay.

What fabulous lodging! The record player with Dean Martin & Frank Sinatra records was a perfect surprise.
Very clean room. Outside was manicured to perfection. Convenient access to dining & shops.

Nice mid-century modern room with semi-authentic decor. Quiet with an easy walk to the busy sections of Palm Springs. We had a full kitchen with refrigerator and such. Not sure if all the room shave that or not. No hot tub. Street parking only but I don't think you'll ever have to park over 100 feet from the entrance.

Loved this vintage property. It was well taken care of and had all the quirks of an older property, but in a great way.
