Always love staying at this hotel when we visit Palm Springs. Great staff, good crowd at the pool and bar, awesome bar tenders and just overall a wonderful time. Check out Thai smile which is only a few min walk from the hotel too, killer Thai food!

酒店的環境和位置還是可以的，但是服務卻是差強人意。攜程寫明的店內加早餐加$11，酒店方卻按照門市價收$38，跟前台溝通，並出示攜程訂單的標註説明，卻讓我們找攜程。停車費明明是$18，信用卡扣費$25，後來還是找攜程的客服，才追討回來。攜程的售後服務一如既往的好👍 酒店的亂扣費現象，還是希望入住的夥伴們看看賬單吧

I did not like the breakfast. My waffle was cold and my wife's fried poratoes and omelet were far too greasy. For 50 bucks I expected more. 5 bucks for a cup of coffee was courageous. However, the coffee was great. I will not stay there again. Hilton Home2 is a far better place to stay. No stirring sticks for in-room coffee and attempt to make me pay 76 dollars for gift shop items I did not buy.

Absolutely disappointed, had I not looked at the name of the hotel behind the counter. I would have guessed I was checking into a third world hotel… absolutely NOT a Hilton property

The staff was fantastic everywhere in the hotel. Outside looks dated, but the rooms are nicely updated. Bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, but there was a urine stwnch at one spot in the hallway. Workout room was small but great equipment. Nice pool area, wish it had been warmwr so we could have spent time at the poolside bar.

The hotel room is very old and dirty. Would say it is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. The location is very close to many restaurants and shopping areas.

This hotel is really close to Downtown Palm Springs and beside the ****** so for me I really enjoy to explore downtown palm spring without driving my car
