"Tuscany Residences was fantastic! Convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The unit was super clean, had an open concept main floor, a well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, and they even provided beach equipment. Outside we had a private patio and pool perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The outside shower was a great addition, especially after a day at the beach. All staff were super helpful and got back to us immediately with any questions we had about the unit or the area. They definitely understand what vacationers are looking for in a holiday rental. Super happy with our experience, and as a picky renter I would absolutely rent here again!"

"What a gem of a find this place is, from arriving we were met by a lovely lady who was most helpful , we had a problem with a sink and she said she would be there in 30 minutes, it wasn’t an emergency so we agreed on next day and when we got back from been out, it was all fixed amazing service. We stayed in the pool apartment and it is probably the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in, all you could possibly need and more, It was very quiet and peaceful, and situated about 15 min walk from the restaurants and shops and less than 10 mins away from a supermarket. Highly recommend this place 10/10"

"Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding. Close to all exterior and beach restaurants. Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm. The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)"

"Hilton did it right ! Location is perfect and convenient to restaurants right across the street . The new hotel and rooms are BiG and beautiful with over sized balconies. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for . Free giveaways ( beach bag , towels , sun block , sun cream , reusable water bottles all for you to keep) . The easy way you able to pre book your beach and pool seating is excellent. Cleanliness is our room was kept spotless by Mangelin she was fantastic. The grounds kept impeccably. The staff super attentive down to every detail . ( even supplied a yoga matt for our room so my wife can do her morning routine. If your planning Aruba this is the way to go!"

Marriott's Aruba Surf Club

"Terrible beach! I was so grossed out by the disgusting silty sand in the water. It was sticky and felt so weird, like mud. I would never go back to this hotel when there are so many nice beaches all over the world. If the Marriott Surf Club wants people to plunk down $45,000 for a time share, they need to start with cleaning up the muddy silt in the water. As for service, nothing to compliment about. No upgrades as a Marriott Elite member, no breakfast. They did not clean the room every day. This is a time share and it is a lot more dated than the other Marriott hotels along the beach. The lazy river is their claim to fame, but it is very small and gets full of people who bump into you. If you are picturing a large lazy river like in Orlando, think again. You can go around it in 5 min. I would not go back to the Marriott Surf Club. We also stayed at the Renaissance in Aruba and what a difference! At the Renaissance, we were upgraded to an ocean view room at the Ocean Suites, with complimentary breakfast. The best breakfast at a hotel is at the renaissance in Aruba. Also went to the Renaissance island with a ton of fish in the protected reef and flamingos too!"

Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club

"Mijn vrouw en ik waren een paar weken geleden bij de Ocean Club. Helaas, een pijp in het dak boven onze voordeur, en het water kwam onder onze deur. De keuken, woon- en eetkamers die laminaat vloeren waren bedekt met water. Gelukkig was geen van ons beschadigd, maar het slechte nieuws was dat het tapijt in de slaapkamer ingang was gevlokt. De ingenieurs probeerde het tapijt met een blazer te drogen, maar dat werkte niet. Dus ze verplaatsten ons en ons spullen naar een nieuwe kamer en gaven ons een credit aan onze rekening. Iedereen die betrokken was, waaronder Camilo Cardona en zijn ingenieurs, de front desk, huishoudelijke dienst en de belmannen waren de hele tijd zeer verontschuldigd en vriendelijk. Het was een moeilijke situatie, uit hun controle, maar ze hebben het met klasse behandeld. Kudos ..."
