Galeria Jahorina Luxury Ski Apartments and Restaurant

A Complete Disaster – Stay Away! I have never had such a terrible hotel experience in my life. We booked the biggest apartment with the Spa Area for four nights, expecting a luxurious stay, but it was an absolute nightmare. From day one, the jacuzzi was broken—it wouldn’t hold water because there was a hole, causing it to leak into the sauna, which also became unusable. So much for the spa! Instead of fixing the problem, the hotel sent a service engineer into our apartment every single day, yet nothing got repaired. When the service engineer came, he told us that the Jacuzzi was having this problem already since 1 month but they can't fix it now because it is in the middle of the season. It was incredibly inconvenient and ruined any chance of relaxation. To make things worse, the restaurant service was just as bad—the two employees were rude and rushed us to order as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. At the end of our stay, we asked for a discount since the main reason we booked this apartment—the spa—was completely unusable. Shockingly, the hotel refused to compensate us in any way. They didn’t care at all and forced us to pay the full price! After the service engineer told us that the problem existed already for 1 month, it was clear that they already knew in advance that there is a problem with the Spa and they didn't refund us with anything. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel / appartments!

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. We booked the biggest apartment with a spa for four nights, expecting a high-end experience. Instead, we got broken facilities, nonstop maintenance visits, and terrible service appart of two very kind waiters. The jacuzzi was completely broken, with a hole that let all the water drain out. The water even flooded the sauna, making it unusable. We couldn't use the spa the entire time we were there. Instead of fixing it, the hotel kept sending a repairman every day, who never actually fixed anything. The problem was known already 30 days. To make things worse, the restaurant staff was unbelievably rude. They told us to "hurry up and order" instead of providing decent service. For the price we paid, we expected at least some hospitality, but this place is a total scam. When we asked for a discount because the spa was completely unusable, the hotel staff refused to give us any compensation. We still had to pay the full amount, even though they failed to deliver what we paid for! DO NOT STAY HERE. They charge premium prices for broken amenities and awful service. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Very rarely do I post anything but in this case, I felt compelled to do so. My wife and I have just spent a special weekend skiing in Jahorina. The skiing and sunshine was great however the highlight of our trip was time spent at this wonderful location. The food in the restaurant was truly fantastic as were the staff. Sladjan looked after us during Apres Ski, our restaurant waiter Nenad was superb and the manager Njegos could not have been more professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this venue and do suggest you eat in the main restaurant. By far the best food in Jahorina. (Njegos even took the time to show us their luxury apartments - truly amazing and recommend you visit the website) ☘️

I had an amazing stay at Galerija Jahorina! The hotel is beautifully situated in the serene mountains of Jahorina, offering stunning views and cozy, stylish accommodations. The highlight of my stay was the incredible restaurant—every dish was delicious and perfectly presented. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. This is the perfect place for a relaxing mountain getaway. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Luxury apartments in a fantastic location. Friendly staff, very clean, good service. We have stayed there twice and will definitely return. We stayed with 12 people and I can say that you can't hear anything in the rooms. I highly recommend these apartments.
