Wat kan ik zeggen, geen beoordeling zal deze plek recht doen. Het is absoluut geweldig. We kwamen voor nieuwjaarsweekend 2023!!! Eten GEWELDIG! Service GEWELDIG! Personeel UITZONDERLIJK EN GEWELDIG! Organisatie is spectaculair, entertainment was geweldig! Nachtleven geweldig! Eersteklas en gewoon spectaculair. Kamers schoon, warm, comfortabel en badkamers prachtig en ruim. We hebben geboekt om over een maand weer te komen en opnieuw zullen we weer boeken. Sterk aanbevolen!! Ik kon ook niet skiën en de instructeurs waren zo geweldig dat ik het in een half uur leerde. Skimateriaal te huur beschikbaar en geweldige kwaliteit en zeer informatief personeel. Hotel is kind- en gezinsvriendelijk! Après-ski bar is geweldig en cocktails en drankjes zijn gewoon perfect. Perfect hotel!! Bedankt voor de beste ervaring.

Een uitstekend skihotel. Waarschijnlijk de beste in Turkije. Bovenal is de service geweldig. De maaltijden zijn heerlijk. De pistes liggen recht tegenover het hotel, u hoeft niet te lopen. Er is ook de mogelijkheid van transfer vanaf de luchthaven.

We stayed for 5 days with our 5-year-old daughter on February 27. First of all, we chose this hotel based on recommendations. We went skiing in Sarıkamış Uludağ, but this was our first time in Erzurum. The airport is very close to the city, the hotel is at the bottom of the mountain, has its own lift and ski slopes. You can ski until 8 o'clock. There is a kids club for children, you can leave them there while skating. We chose the hotel for this reason, and it also has a ski school for children. The food is very delicious, there is a lot of variety and there are options for everyone. The pitas and meat are incredibly delicious. The first day I went, I fell while skating and spent the whole day at the hotel because I tore my cruciate ligament. That's why I used the hotel facilities very well. A very good option for those who do not ski. The lobby is very big, the after cafe in front of it is very colorful. You can sit there, drink your tea, coffee and wine, listen to music from DJs and watch the skaters. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel manager Ömer Bey, the cafe manager Erdinç Bey and the restaurant chef Fazıl Usta. They took care of me 24/7. I rested very well and enjoyed it very much. Live music and bar in the evening was very good. My wife and daughter also skied. If you ski well, I recommend going directly to Ejder, the other tracks are not so good. If I go to Erzurum again, I will stay at Sway Hotel. Şenyurt restaurant is the most delicious place to eat Cağ kebab, we ate there, it's a little shabby but nice, on Congress Street. But hotel food is amazing, there is no need. The desserts are legendary, I didn't ski and I just ate, drank and went to bed. :)) Thank you to the entire hotel team.

Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks to everyone!

Sway, Erzurum otel “bugüne kadar neden gitmemişim!” diye pişmanlık yaşadığım bir otel oldu..Gerek personelin güler yüzü, gerek yemeklerin ileri düzeydeki lezzeti, gerekse kayak pistine ulaşımdaki kolaylık (Lobiden 50 metre uzaklıkta ☺️) tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi..Bu muhteşemliğin mimarı, başta otelin Genel Müdürü ve Koordinatörü Ömer Akça bey ve yönetici kadrosundaki diğer çalışanların katkısı tartışılmaz..Özellikle restaurant bölümündeki çalışanlardan Vahap ve Velid beye kocaman alkış.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Amazing service. Clean and luxurious hotel with access to many thrilling slopes. Most remarkable about the stay was the staff who was congenial and helpful all the time. A waiter named Diyaddin ensured all our needs were met. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Sway otel Türkiye de kalite olarak sayılı otellerden biri bunu da yemekleri, odaları ve tesis imkanları ile gösteriyor. Özellikle Yunus ustanın güleryüzü ve lezzetli pideleri her yemekte iyiki dedirttiriyor. Ancak 2 senedir otelde aşırı yogunluk var. Yemekte sıra beklemek, lobide oturacak yer bulmak için illa yer tutumak gerekiyor ki bunlar yorucu. Bu sene zirveye lounge açılmış, ambians ve müzikler güzel ancak bir Baileys söyleyip aşırı az dolduruldugunda ve buna da az oldugu için itiraz edildiğinde bu sekilde kaliteli bir hizmet veren otelin bir jest yapması beklenirken yine bir o kadar az ekleme yapıp double ücreti talep etmesi gibi küçük hesaplar komik oluyor. Tüm olumlu olumsuz özelliklerine rağmen ziyaret edilmesi gereken tesislerden biridir.

One of the best run and best managed hotels in Turkey, SWAY Erzurum has the best to offer for skiing and more. Excellent facilities starting with the rooms themselves, restaurant, nightclub, spa, indoors pool and the ski runs. I cannot imagine what kind of rigorous training they must put their staff thru, but from frontdesk to restaurant, nightclub to spa, the friendly and attentive attitude is so very consistent. I travel globally and occasionally write hotel reviews. I think this is the most praising one I have ever written. Well done SWAY, and keep it up!
