My room was right by the stairs so we heard doors slammed and walking all night and early morning

the property was clean and well lit in the parking area. also the lobby was clean and neat as well as had a very inviting atmosphere and vibe.

Room was very nice with lots of space, a couch and very good lighting. The desk clerk was very good, The breakfast was just adequate.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Had dirty washcloths hanging on shower rod. Black smudges everywhere. Beds are so tall it made it very difficult to even get in. Pillows are horrible. Neighbors arguing all night but couldn’t reach staff.

Upon arrival all front desk staff and a few other staff were outback smoking and myself and other customers waiting to check in waited for over 30 minutes to be helped. Finally another hotel customer went outback and told them they had people waiting to be checked in7

Breakfast was fantastic, the lady that tended to the dining area was very friendly and welcoming! My only complaint would be the tub in our washroom was very slippery. Overall we would most definitely stay there again.

You had to run both the sink and the shower to get some hot water in sink or tub and it still took forever. No grab bars by tub which was very slippery when wet and had a big step down. Told the front desk abd they said they were aware of these problems. Also charged a $3.99 a night energy charge above what was listed on travelocity. No one could explain what it was for other than saying energy.
