Excellent hotel with good staff. Noisy late into the night and early morning currently because of harbour contractor activity at the front of the hotel.

Great location with a fantastics view of the harbour. Room was clean and spacious. Friendly and informative check in. We were given a free Gin and Tonic on arrival.

No food other than breakfast available for guests who were not on the Christmas package. We would not have booked if we had known. The down hill walk to town on dark winter nights for food should be avoided.

Stunning hotel, amazing staff and service, been wanting to stay here for years and it didn't disappoint. The little extras made the stay even better. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Will definitely be back again.

Hotel is in a great location and overall a lovely hotel. Only downside was breakfast service appreciate it’s a busy service but manager in charge was more interested in telling people off constantly telling them she has a process to follow…took almost 1 hour to get our hot food because she is the only person allowed to seat people and also take orders….other than that fab hotel. Nice touch with g&t in your room

Excellent location close to town, refurbished grand hotel with views over the estuary. Nice autumn getaway, room cosy up in the roof. Excellent breakfast. Lovely helpful staff.
