Very great hotel
Very convenient to view point and shopping area
New and grand equipments
Big bathroom and good view at restaurant
But car park difficult to found and expensive

Central location in Sakuramachi (note that parking in the same building cost 1,800 yen per night). The hotel lobby is located at 14/F and there is another lift that takes guests from hotel lobby to the rooms. The room is clean, and the staff were helpful in resolving issues.

It’s very difficult to locate the hotel and they don’t have any signs or anything to lead us. I can’t see the Hotel name in the building’s external. It took us extra 15-20min to find the hotel.
You need to take 2 escalators to reach your room. The hotel is second floor of the mall and linked with bus station.
Other than that room is ok, quite spacious.

One of the better hotels we stayed in…located within the shopping mall, across the street from all the izakayas & yakinikus, bus terminal within the mall making it convenient to travel (Aso Mt).
Hotel very nice & tidy, great staff, and amenities.
Will sure to stay when visiting Kumamoto.

Double bed room is so small u cannot even fit a baggage. Don’t be fool by the building, room below 10 floor can barely see any view.
