Não cheguei a viver a experiência. Devido a Covid-19. O hotel não quis saber, falei com a TRIP.COM, e foram impecáveis! Perceberam a situação e fizeram de tudo com que o cancelamento fosse possível. A Trip.com tentou falar com o hotel e explicou também a situação mas mesmo assim não quiseram perceber, e assim perdi o dinheiro que tinha pago pela estadia.
A verdade é que não reservei com a opção de cancelamento gratuito, não achei que seria necessário visto que foi de um dia antes que reservei. Posto isto, penso que a gerência do hotel poderia estar mente mais aberta para estes casos (claro desde que se comprovasse).

Hotel was prima, wel duur voor wat het is. Bij regen lekte het naar binnen. In Furadouro is weining te doen, receptie kon ook geen aanbevelingen geven voor een restaurant en restaurant van het hotel is dicht. In het hotel ruikt het vochtig. Hotel geeft aan dat er geen zwembad nodig is ivm strand maar daar mag je nooit zwemmen door de wind en zit aan een dijk waardoor je niet relaxt op het strand kan liggen. Je hebt echt een auto nodig om naar plekken te gaan want er zijn geen taxi's of OV in de buurt. De auto kan je niet in het hotel huren en aanwijzingen naar hoe dit wel kan bleven ook uit.

Very nice hotel. Very nice sea view.
But the service is not a level expected in regards of the price. Swimming pool: you need to buy a cap at 5€. Sauna: was cold as the guy was too busy to turn it on. Parking: paid 10€ for hotel parking as the guy did not tell me there many free parkings around. Restaurant : he suggested 3 to me…all closed. Breakfast: good but to enjoy it on the room balcony you need to pay room service (even if I offered to take the plate by myself).
Price really not in line with the service provided

Very clean, great location and comfy beds. Down for me was the breakfast only because some of the items weren't as expected (e.g. pancakes super dry in both days).

Disappointing: modern hotel in good location with good breakfast but this was not like a 4*.hotel. No main lights in rooms, only bedside lights & a small mirror light in bathroom; was told this was energy saving. Wi-fi unusable despite staff rebooting modem (not my device as it worked in every near by bar) only 3 coffee pods in room for 2 people for entire stay (4nights), told would need to buy additional ones; no kettle provided so no alternative. Shower was nice but water often only lukewarm even on full and when left running for 10 mins to come through. Gym had only 3 pieces of equipment, 2 of which didn’t work. Expensive hotel so not good value.

A lovely hotel, just across the street from the beach. The staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good with many choices. The rooftop bar was nice, but more seating available would have made us stay there longer. Overall, a good stay.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast selection, very comfortable bed and bathroom, great location. Hotel also kindly granted a two-year extension of our prepaid reservation. Only negative: this is the only hotel in 10 years of cycling holidays we have stayed in which has charged for bike storage - 10 euros a night, despite the garage being only about 20% full!
