The welcome we received on arrival by the door boy was certainly lacking in enthusiasm, he was more interested in talking to a girl on his phone... typical teenager. The room is just as shown in the photos, nice comfortable beds, the shower was large and modern and the breakfast decent. However, when looking at the site it seems much closer to the city centre than it actually is, if you're travelling alone, or as a couple it's fine to walk into the main historic centre, but not ideal if you're travelling with small children as we were. Also, the view was far from scenic, all we could see was a petrol station under construction and a car park. I gave it 4 stars because we had a good night's sleep, and a good breakfast.

Pousada bem localizada, perto do centro histórico. Estilo colonial. Oferece um café da manhã razoável em local bastante pequeno ficando bastante apertado e desconfortável em algumas manhãs. O quarto quádruplo e confort onde nos hospedamos por 3 diárias era grande com camas confortáveis e roupas bem limpas. Os pontos negativos: quarto muito úmido e frio. As roupas que penduramos nos cabides ficaram "molhadas" de tanta umidade. O banheiro é simplesmente HORRÍVEL!! Teto e paredes mofadas. Água escorria pelas paredes. Muito ruim!! O teto do quarto parecia ter infiltração que resultava em um cheiro insuportável e somente com as janelas abertas era possível respirar. É importante uma reforma no quarto 108. E por último: para acessar a portaria da pousada é necessário subir uma escada bastante alta e a pousada não possui elevador.

Cuidado com a política de cancelamento pouco clara e enganadora e pessoal bastante arrogante! NÃO RECOMENDO nem tentarem! Pessima experiência ! Evitem reservar este local pois não merecem nada ! São arrogantes, estafadores e mal educados!

No café da manhã haviam poucas opções de comida e quando acabava não tinha reposição. Não havia ovos ou omelete. Havia 1 opção de bolo e o suco não era natural. Um dos dias não tinha suco. Quanto ao quarto, havia um cheiro de mofo muito forte. O teto do banheiro estava todo mofado. O chuveiro saia pouca água. Havia um cheiro que retornava do ralo. O quarto era pouco arejado. Os móveis antigos e em mal estado de conservação. O acesso ao hotel é por escada, não há acessibilidade. Não há cofre no quarto. O estacionamento é limitado e por ordem de chegada. Foi com certeza a pior experiência que tive com o café da manhã e as acomodações de um hotel. Jamais voltaria e não recomendo a qualquer visitante. Os funcionários são prestativos, mas a estrutura do hotel e a administração do hotel não oferecem recursos.

Boa relação custo x benefício, considerando os preços praticados pelas acomodações da cidade.
Entretanto, a pousada peca pelo atendimento no check in e cafe da manhã.

Ótima localização e com um ambiente muito agradável. O local de estacionamento é descober e na beira da rua e o acesso à recepção é por uma escada alta.

Muito barulho de veículos em geral e dentro da pousada também. Café da manhã fraco. Esquecimento de reposição de itens tipo toalhas, sabonetes e xampoo.

NÃO RECOMENDO!!!! Não temos segurança no local que a gente hospeda! Esqueci um carregador no quarto, avisei no mesmo dia e simplesmente sumiu o carregador de 300,00 !!! Infelizmente uma situação muito chata não recomendo ninguém se hospedar!!!

Melhor custo benefício. Quartos amplos, chuveiro bom. Não estava muito frio no dia, não houve qualquer desconforto com o piso sem aquecedor. Café da manhã muito bom, atendentes simpáticos. Recomendo o local. Passei apenas uma noite, mas voltaremos. Apenas o estacionamento poderia ser mais seguro, o portão não é trancado.
