Dit is een prachtig gelegen hotel, met een geweldige wellness en prima keuken. De bediening is vriendelijk en attent. De ontvangst gastvrij en adequaat. Het hotel ligt in hartje Elzas, in een schilderachtig dorpje en aan de voet van de bergen. Een aanrader, ondanks de stevige prijs

Food delicious. Setting great. Service a little slow. Beautiful view. August very hot, and no breeze Good to eat after drinking wine Inside de was cooler but you might want the view. It is price fixed

Ideal hotel for anyone looking to relax in beautiful Alsace countryside. It’s close to Obernai, close to local mountain paths and numerous vineyards. The hotel amenities are superb: spa, pools, saunas, jacuzzi. The staff at reception and the restaurant is very nice and helpful.

Had the most amazing time at Hostellerie des Chateaux with my husband. Had chosen this place to celebrate my birthday. We got a room with a beautiful view into the village and the horizon. Though charged extra they were able to arrange a bouquet, a cake to make my birthday special. The service during breakfast and especially dinner was outstanding. The staff showed great attention to detail and truly made us feel welcome. Where do I start about the food?! Each day indeed was a gastronomical treat with a 4-5 course meal ranging from the most simple to complex flavours all blending in beautifully.They were so kind to accomodate my request to make a few dishes vegetarian too. We also took full advantage of the spa there which was indeed a great attraction with a lot of sauna rooms, hamama, indoor heated pools with dynamic waterjets. We felt so relaxed after this weekend and hope to make it a ritual to go here every year.

I'm a single mature female traveler traveling with 2 small well behaved dogs. I visited from nearby to use the spa and pool for 2 - 3 days. Staff was attentive in April, harried in June, inappropriate and assinine yesterday. The male manager - the son of the owner - is an entitled little prig, who has forgotten he's running what is a hotel has clearly been on a downward spiral since its prime. They haven't figured out here that fawning and demanding a certain comportment of the clientele doesn't equal service. The service was genuinely awful this time. The fawning and scraping around food - which was good but not great didnd't compensate. The physical plant - pool, spa, sauna is well done and was obviously pricey to build. It doesnt compensate for what the place actually offers.

A real disappointment! The food, for the area, is well below standard. None of the employees will try to help you if you’re in need of a service, and their attitude is despicable. Do bring your own shampoo, ironing table etc, as none are available. Way overpriced, simply skip this place and go somewhere else!

Inadmissible !
Animaux de compagnie admis était il noté sur le site de l'établissement...
Sauf qu'à la réception le jour J de l'arrivée, on nous dit que les Animaux ne sont admis nulle part ailleurs que dans les chambres !!!!
Tous les acces piscine espace gazon uuextérieur interdit, restaurant idem, bar idem !!
Du jamais vu dans ce genre d'établissement s'il edt noté que les Animaux dont admis !
Mesdames messieurs si vous emmenez votre compagnon partout avec vous dabs le sac, même petit, vous navez acces à aucune prestation en couple ! A moins de lzisser votre animal seul dans la chambre pendant que vous prenez du bon temps.
Purement inadmissible et site a tendance mensongère ! Mais vous ne le decouvrez qu'a votre arrivée.
Qui plus est, hitels.com prebd 30% sur le sejour et en plus lhotel vous licre une chambre avec une toute petite fenetre via la réservation **********

Excellent établissement. Design intérieur de qualité. Personnel au top. SPA et massage dans la lignée. Restaurant et petit déjeuner formidable,avec en prime une tisanerie et un espace dédié pour votre jus de fruits frais et légumes. Un lieu à ne pas manquer pour se faire chouchouter.

Un bel hôtel avec des parties communes modernes. Personnel très sympathique, en particulier au restaurant de l'hôtel. Je conseille fortement le repas gastronomique, on s'est régalé. Étant enceinte, je remercie spécialement le personnel qui s'est préoccupé des plats que je pouvais manger ou non et qui m'a proposé des variantes. Je me suis régalée ! Très beau spa, mais dommage que quasiment toutes les places étaient prises. Il a été difficile de s'installer un samedi après-midi, peut être n'est ce pas le cas en semaine. Le massage était super ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon, diversifié et de qualité. Seul bémol : la chambre qui n'était pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Nous avions la chambre familiale avec 1 salon et 2 chambres spacieuse, mais les chambres et la salle de bains vieillottes, literie moyennement confortable, 1 seule climatisation pour l'ensemble de la suite donc la même température doit convenir aux 2 chambres, pas de chaussons ni d'articles de toilettes tel qu'après shampoing ou lait pour le corps. Je suppose que le gel douche faisait également office de schampoing.. Le tarif est cher pour ce genre de chambres, heureusement que le reste de l'hôtel est à la hauteur.
