Masseria Salinola

Masseria Salinola is a beutifull , relaxing place to stay. Centrally located near Ostuni, it is easy to get to by automobile and to tour the surrounding area. The rooms are wonderful with an attentive staff. Make sure to stay for dinner. Great restaurant for an evening meal in a relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend Masseria Salinola.

Masseria Salinola was the perfect base from which to explore Ostuni, Valle d'Itria, Alberobello, Polignano al Mare, Grotta Castellana, etc. (We stayed in other lodging during our time in Matera and Lecce.) Only five minutes drive from Ostuni, Masseria Salinola is an authentic farmhouse that has been owned by the family for generations. The hospitality that Mimo, and his son, Daniele, extend to their guests is exceptional. The grounds are lovely and the property is quiet. This is not a place where guests are loud, boisterous and inconsiderate. Rather there is a vibe of understated elegance and quiet decorum. There are vegetable gardens and a pen with chickens and even a peacock! Although we are not pool people, we did take advantage of the lounge chairs for reading and a nap! We appreciated the self-parking: you receive a gate code and are free to come and go as you like. The optional nightly dinner of four plated courses with an extensive wine list from which to choose (not included in the cost of the room, but very reasonable for what one gets) is elegantly and leisurely served. The breakfast buffet is abundant. We loved that once we were on property it felt as if we were guests in someone's home, but yet it felt as if it were our home to enjoy. An exceptional and unforgettable stay.

Absolutely loved everything about Masseria Salinola. From the moment we arrived to the second we left we adored it. The team were so welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, comfy and very clean. All the food was delicious, especially the evening meal we had. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you so much

A truly beautiful place, Hotel set on an Olive farm on the outskirts of Ostuni. We stayed for 3 nights and were delighted with everthing, staff were super friendly nothing was to much trouble, the pool area was bright and clean with comfortable sun beds. However the food was the most spectacular thing, wonderful local dishes cooked with flair and many ingredients from the garden, good local wines to complement the food. Very well appointed bedrooms, secure parking and fabulous breakfast.

This wonerful hotel set in an Olive farm on the outskirts of Ostuni, overdelivered on all counts, the room was fantastic and very comfortable, the setting was so private and with secure parking. Large swimming pool with great sunbeds and towels. However the outstanding feature was the food with a 4 course set dinner each evening on a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, the best meals using local ingredients, great wine list with great local wines and all served by very attentive staff many of which are the owners family

I did not stay at this Masseria but visit on a tour for a pasta making class and lunch. What fun! It is a charming place with beautiful grounds and friendly loving staff. The lunch was delicious, service great and everyone made us feel special. Would definitely book a stay there if in Ostuni area again.

Me and my husband went for a six course dinner at the Masseria Salinola and had a great evening! The environment is fantastic, a mixture of rustic and chic! The food was spectacular! Every dish was full of flavor and great textures! The staff was very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend!

Had the wonderful taster menu dinner . Was staying near by and my son told us to visit for dinner after they stayed there last year. It was a fabulous dinner highly recommend the hotel . The owners were amazing very helpful and the staff too.
