Room was a like one bedroom apartment overlooking the water great bed and linens staff very helpful loved that we could bring our dog. Amazing location walking distance everything down town found a amazing store called beach chik loved the community best hotel in Osoyoos. Will stay again

It was a great 3 day get a way. Having a lake side view is a must. Made a few meals in the suite and while the kitchen supplies are limited they do the job. Everything was clean and tidy.

We had a nice stay, the Ukrainian lady really made the experience for us however, we had a run in with another staff member that had very little patience. Otherwise, check in was easy, our room was clean and nice. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. Every staff member was friendly and efficient. The hot tub was very nice. Pool was closed for winter. Parking was inside and warm. Suite was clean and had everything we needed and more.

From our check in everything was great. The room is a perfect size with a kitchen and living room . Tge washer and dryer was an added convenience for sure.

Clean and new hotel. The bed was nice, there was a balcony. Everything felt brand new. It was very clean. Most staff were friendly, especially the 2 lovely people that checked me in, very friendly. Parking was easy.
Only problem was the lever/handle for the toilet stopped working and they sent someone with a plunger (the desk staff misunderstood) then sent someone to fix the chain.
The walk from the elevator to my room was like 1m30s, which seems very long, so if you have mobility issues or are carrying a lot of things, keep that in mind. I have to use that main elevator because the one near my room takes you to a construction zone without any signage indicating so, which resulted in me having to go back up to walk all the way to the main elevator.
Still with those down sides, I thought the pros outweighed the cons and am happy to rate it 5 stars.

Great place with cleanness and a quite water view. Frontdesk is nice as well. Recommended and will live here again.

The room was nice and clean, but could use more lights. It is very dim in the main living space. The hotel was mostly empty due to off-season, but we were right next door to a team of teen boys who were noisy. The hot tub was full of leaves and the gym was closed.
Overall a good stay, but could have been great.
