Overall, the location is very convenient. It's within walking distance to the whale shark watching area, and there are a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby (although most of them close quite early at night).The hotel also allows guests to store their luggage before check-in at no extra charge, which was very helpful. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, there are several things that could be improved. The room does not provide any shampoo or body wash, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries. The Wi-Fi was very poor and we couldn't get it to connect during our stay. The air conditioner was also quite noisy. The room only came with two towels and one roll of toilet paper, with no additional amenities provided.The biggest downside was the noise at night. We could constantly hear vehicles and people outside, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it's a decent place if you're staying for the whale shark experience and value the convenient location, but don't expect many amenities or a quiet stay.

We came as a family of 5 to see the whale sharks at Tanawan. In terms of seeing the whale sharks, it’s perfect. A 5 minute walk up the road to the whale shark departure area. Woke up at 5 to get there for 5:30 and back at the hotel at 8ish. However, in terms of getting a good night’s sleep…. It’s right next to the road so trucks and vans are running past all night beeping their horns (SE Asia style) so no one got much sleep. Also, there are a lot of ants in the room and I was bitten many times on my arms and shoulders (by ants or something else I don’t know) - it happens sometimes in tropical places but ant traps or such could be placed in the room to prevent so many. Service is difficult to evaluate as we didn’t have much interaction with the staff there. Perfunctory if not friendly.

Location wise it was a good choice as it was near the whale shark watching staging area. A simple accommodation with a good price. No amenities except a convenience store in the premises. Cleanliness of the property was acceptable. Reasonable Price

Location is good and walking distance to the Whale watching place but it is right off the main road that can be very noisy but the staff is very nice and help to book the trips to the island and Whale watching.

Great location for watching the Whale Sharks. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are of a good standard for a short stay.
