Check in the room with dustbin on the toilet floor. The staff came and use his feet to open up the wc cover to throw the rubbish into wc and use the feet to close back the wc. Very disgusting and not a proper 5 star standard. The towel is disgusting and room has strong smoking smell.

很有名也很傳統的酒店，也是很講究身份的酒店。沒有讓人能説得出有什麼不舒服的地方，無法給出不好的評價。當然費用會比周邊的其他一些酒店貴。

老五星，地理位置特別好，走路可以到奧斯陸中央車站，奢侈品一條街，特色地道的一箇中餐館也在附近，上海21K.

This hotel is nothing but pure class that even the most elite of dignitaries would be impressed with. Incredible lobby, rooms, restaurants and staff.

I think I was expecting more from the Grand Hotel. I found our other hotels in Oslo to have better rooms, breakfast, and amenities for cheaper. Hotel Bristol was much better.
