Really enjoyed my brief stay here, largely because of how sincerely friendly the front desk staff were. Large smiles all around. A relatively small and comfy hotel, would definitely return.

Lovely stay at hotel. Food both breakfast and evening meal was great. Reception staff in particular Celine were friendly, approachable and helpful with advice on Oslo. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly during my stay, check-in and check-out was very straightforward. Unfortunately, the room was very cold, the radiator did not work properly and I was told there was nothing they could do about that.
The room wasn't very clean (dust everywhere) and was very outdated in terms of decoration and layout.
The evening meal option was very limited, and did not taste very nice. The breakfast was very lacking, I had some pancakes and jam but there was not much to choose from so I only had breakfast on one of the mornings of my stay.
I don't think I would stay here again, for the price there are much better alternatives.

The room was cold on arrival due to a radiator that needed bleeding. Despite 4 requests over 2 days it was never resolved. With outside temperatures of -10c this was unacceptable and I would not recommend or stay at this hotel in future.

It was a pleasant stay! The hotel was nice but needed a bit of updating. The lighting in the rooms was horrible...very low lighting even when all were turned on at the same time. The room I was in had a small step up to get into the room and a higher step to go into the bathroom. This almost lead to disaster when entering the bathroom in the middle of the night.
There were no receptacles in the bathroom.
