The hotel location is very good very close to Universal, nice view, nice to have the separate shower room and toilet, the room is big.

The cleaning of bathroom is sub standard, is not clean its a lot of mold on the bathtub, the drain was clogged so the water from the bathtub spilling all over the bathroom instead of draining and the aircon not working only heater.

We walked in and nobody is there to greet us. We had to find the elevator and reception desk on another floor! We were supposed to pay 200 yen and they charged us 1000! There was food on the floor in the room! They didn’t make our beds or clean the room, except for the last night! The room was small! Luggage storage lockers are nice and free. No English channels on tv! The bathroom was suitable.

Room was clean, staff was nice :) stayed with two children room size was big enough too. Location was perfect for USJ. Definitely willing to stay again!

Conveniently located within the USJ Citywalk, this hotel was a great value for my money. I liked that I could grab food before and after my park visit without needing to walk too far. It's also steps away from Universal City Station, so you can easily take the subway to other spots in Osaka. Don't forget to grab your station stamp as a free souvenir.
The staff were very friendly and allowed me to store my luggage after checking out so I could go shopping before my flight back to Shenzhen. The only downside is that the in-house onsen doesn't allow tattoos, and mine are too big to cover.
Did I mention the cool hotel views? Definitely my favorite view next to the Disney hotel a few days prior. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

The hotel is conveniently located on City Walk and just around the corner from the JR station. It was clean and the family sized room had plenty of space for us.
