Hotel in a great location, great breakfast in itutu cafe, located on the first floor together with the hotel reception. You can choose from several "main" meal options + unlimited drinks (juices, coffee, tea). The hotel staff is very nice. What I would criticize is that the rooms are really small and the beds have extremely soft mattresses and are terribly hard to sleep on. So if someone doesn't mind a tiny room and likes really soft mattresses, I would recommend it, otherwise it's better to look for another hotel or ask around if they have rooms with harder mattresses.

Quite good hotel. Only problem is the bed. The mattress is like a sponge. Too soft.

It sits at a very convenient location, only took 30~40 minutes to the Universal Studios.
The receptionists are kind and helpful, though some of their English are not very good but still can have an easy conversation.

挺寬敞的兩個人的行李箱都可以全部打開，也不會影響行動路線。
前台溝通也沒有難度，打掃得也很乾凈。
位置也很方便，本町走出來三分鐘就能到，附近有全家和711，但是周邊應該是辦公寫字樓所以沒有購物的地方。

服務及衞生都很好，交通也很方便，介於梅田和心齋橋中間，應該屬於商務區，個人還是很喜歡這種既不吵鬧又很便捷的氛圍。床墊確實偏軟，不能睡軟床的就不要考慮了。酒店早餐個人覺得挺好吃😋
