The hotel is very clean and modern. The room size is slightly Bigger than other hotels. I had a great experience in this hotel. Will come back again.

Convenient to take the subway. 5 min n 10 mins away from the 2 lines. Clean n quiet rooms. Many good restaurants in the area... Was at motokara for steaks... For 3 nites... Steaks for 4000jpy for 200g ribeye... N 880jpy for a yamasaki rocks.... 2 mins walk... Good pancakes at the cafe at DAiwa roynet hotel.... Simple toast n coffee at Holly cafe...

Still the best value for money in Osaka . Clean and well organised. The perfect location . Amenities are new . Bed is good and bed sheets are crispy and new . You get a Bath in your room as well as a hot springs type of spa on the first floor . Highly recommend

The location was great in terms of safety! The staff was also friendly. What I liked the most was that the accommodation had a clean and cozy dormitory-like atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay at a discounted rate, and if I come back to Osaka, I would definitely consider rebooking here. I thought there would be a transformer in the hotel, but unfortunately, that was the only thing I found lacking.

I satyed there for 3 nights and i liked the location because it's easy to walk to osaka castle for Cherry blossom. It's convenient to get around as the metro station is about 500 meters away.
No complaints about the service and cleanliness. Only issue was that I lived next to the lift and heard a lot of noises when people walked pass my door on the first night.

New modern hotel, breakfast decent but cold hot dishes. Room is small but that was expected, fully equipped. Location is decent. Good price quality ratio.

Very much liked the hotel. 3 minutes walk from the metro station and plenty of restaurants nearby. Not far from the city center as well. Great choice with a spa available

It is very convenient to connecting the OsakaMetro by walking 3-min.
But while during night ,office buildings are all closed and the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Sta. Is very very long sta. And owing many exits
i was lost and asking for help to the Sta. Staff
He let me in free and showed me the nearest way by the No.12 exit
