If you'd like to experience the busy night life in Osaka, here's the place to stay. The counter is managed by 2 cute moving dinosaurs that will help you with the check in process. The room is quite spacious, equipped with a humidifier that was very helpful during our stay. Once you go out to the streets, there are lots of food/snacks/places to buy things, and Dotonbori is only a few minutes walk away. I recommend this place 😊

It is amazing hotel because the reception is a robot even a dinosaur, it is really interesting, and as a location is very good miracles from the city center and good for shopping and eating.

Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

Just a one night stay for the robot receptionist. A standard business type room. Too small for longer stays.

Had a great stay at Henn Na Hotel Osaka Namba. Would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel though it’s quite a walk from both Shinsaibashi & Namba station.

Very cool robot front desk but limited to what they can do. Does not have the usual baggage transport service unlike the other hotels I stayed in. Kinda inconvenient if you’re planning to send your stuff down to Tokyo while making a day trip to Kyoto.
