Very friendly service. Nice bath tub. Fair good price. Good location, near train station and restaurants. Good recommendation.

Although the building is old, the room is very well maintained. It is clean and very spacious! The location is also perfect, near to Namba station and eateries. The reception is fluent in english and is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is included in my booking and it is just a simple one. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone due to its strategic location and also the room’s size and cleanliness!

Chose Alps bcoz they provided free parking and the room size is unbelievably big! very impressed! My 2yo ran around the room freely lol the front desk service was very amazing too! A cute welcome pack to my 2yo and surprising gifts at breakfast area which kept my lil entertained while she was full.

A wonderful location just next to Koroma market with lots of good food. The staffs were warm and accommodating when we asked for a change to a non-smoking room. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded up to a suite!

The spa bath tub and the massage chair inside the room very good! Worth the price and the location is fanastic.

Its location is perfect for a traveler with a luggage. It is very close to Nanba station, and also to Dotonbori Street. This hotel is a little bit old style, but rooms are very spacious and super clean. You don't need to bring anything. They provide everything. Their service is excellent!!

All the workers are so nice and the room was super clean. Their breakfast was awesome for the price. Its location is close to Nanba station, Kuromon market, and Dotonbori. I will go back!
