Short distance walking from east gate Shin-Osaka station.
Check in was super fast and front desk staff is very friendly and communicate well.
Room is very neat. Facing a Shinkansen track.
Breakfast provided.

The soundproof is really terrible and I can hear the neighbor room talking loud at 3 am. The staff gave me the room by the rail and it’s very noisy till midnight.

Location is good. Just a few minutes walk from shin Osaka station.
Frontline staff is friendly. Check in process is effective.
Room is small but clean and warm.

It's very value for money for how much we paid for a hotel room in the heart of Osaka near Shin-Osaka JR/MTR Station. The room is in fact slightly larger than we expected and the in-room facilities are considered very good for the price we paid. The room is clean too. Will surely come back to stay again!

The room is small to be honest and as it is semi-double bed it just fit for couple. But the location is good and very clean. So it is a good choice for budget travelers.

立地がいい。駅からほぼまっすぐで歩いて2.3分。道なりに歩けば着くのでとてもわかりやすい。駅前の居酒屋やごはんやさんもあり、コンビニもすぐ目の前。駅周辺も危なくない。フロントスタッフさんが紳士的で感じがいい。内装も清潔感がある。清掃スタッフさんもにこやかで感じがよく、全体的に安心感がありました。宿泊料金に見合ったホテルだと思う。お部屋の額の写真がビリケンさんだったのだけど暗い雰囲気でちょっと怖かった。でも機会があればまたここを選択すると思う。

本サイトのロケーション案内が不親切。新大阪駅周りがそもそも面倒臭い作りなんだけど。浴室の段差、サポートバーなし、滑り止めも無いので腰膝通話、年輩の人は辞めた方が良い

新大阪東口から5分以内 コンビニも1分の距離にあり便利 朝食も種類は少ないが朝から温かいごはんを食べることができて満足 2泊し途中の清掃は無しにしたが部屋の前に新しいタオルが置かれていてありがたかった また大阪に行く際は泊まりたいと思います。

お風呂の浴槽が狭かったり、駅が近いので電車の音が聞こえたりと古さはありますが清潔に保たれていました。
駅からは近いのでまた利用したいと思います。
