The location is good and perfect for shopping and foods

We stayed for 7 nights and from day one, the situation was unacceptable: cockroaches of all sizes were everywhere ,crawling out of kitchen drawers, from cracks in the walls, and even near the bed. They came out at all hours, especially at night. On the very first evening, after a 31-hour journey, instead of relaxing, I had to spend two hours cleaning, disinfecting, and buying sprays, deodorants, and roach poison ,all out of my own pocket. Despite my efforts, the cockroaches kept coming back, faster and more aggressive every night. We paid €50 for cleaning, but the apartment was clearly dirty and not properly maintained. The building itself constantly smelled bad. The only good thing I can say is that the location is convenient for getting around the city. But overall, this was a disappointing and unpleasant stay, especially for the price. I’d only recommend this place if you’re into nighttime adventures with cockroaches. Otherwise, avoid it.

Great value for money! Although the bathroom is a bit small, the space is actually quite large, and there's even a small TV to watch movies.

The location is not far from the subway and Kuromon Market. Check-in was smooth. The room was very clean, but the bathroom was a bit old, but it was not bad.

This is the worst B&B I have ever stayed in. The equipment and services need to be improved. The cleanliness of the room is not very good. Even the mailbox where you need to get the key at the beginning is super difficult to open. It took many of us an hour to open the lock. Yes, the lock is really bad. As soon as I saw the room after entering, I didn’t want to stay anymore. Even the wifi was out of order. I spent money to book another hotel in the middle of the night and moved out early the next morning. It was very bad. People who want to stay here must think carefully about the accommodation experience. This is the first time I give a negative review because it is really bad.
