Lovely welcom by Karen , very friendly and helpful. Our room 127 was clean and had a good view overlooking the golf course. The only suggestion to improve the room is put a handle in the shower as it's very slippy getting in and out. Breakfast was bad but that was not down to the hotel it was down to the pub attached. Overall a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights lovely location, nice clean rooms warren was very helpful when we checked in. Food and service was very good in the restaurant next door great value for money with the breakfast in the morning unlimited continental and cooked breakfast and kids eat free. Will be returning again soon.

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Had a great night's sleep and the room facilities were all good. I will definitely stay again and would recommend Premier Inn to any friends and family. Thanks to all the hard working staff!

Had a lovely overnight stay couldn't fault anything. Room bed pillows very comfortable. Any information we needed Warren was so knowledgeable and helpful always had time for you although he was so busy. Yes I'd stay again. So close to lovely walks garden centre etc.

Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is clean throughout and the staff are extremely helpful. Warren and David went the extra mile to cater for our needs. The hotel is next to a beefeater so ideal for a quick breakfast before heading off..

Very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Very welcoming when checking in. The rooms are very clean the beds are really comfortable they offer meal deals for the beefeater next door and can book you in as well. Nice views over looking the golf course

The hotel was in a nice quiet location next to the Golf course. The room we were given had a nice view over the course. Bedroom was clean and the Bathroom clean. Need a shower mat as standard in the shower as very slippery.A fan was provided as the rooms have no air con. No lift could be an issue for some people. The girl on Reception was helpful and pleasant. We ate in the Beefeater restaurant next door.Decor was tired and the food average and dry; overpriced £3.50 for a Lemonade.No downstairs toilets in Reception if needed. Otherwise a lovely Garden Centre next door very reasonable

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely. The location is great with plenty around to do and a beautiful lake with lots of water sports, some pitch and putt golf, a garden centre and more. would 100% recommend
