One of the things I valued most was that the hotel was right on the beach. The restaurant manager, Mr. Osman, is very friendly and makes time for all guests. The cocktails suggested by Pool Baarda Bar manager Ahmet Sami are great, he is a very friendly person and very caring. There are two pools. Restaurant food is really delicious. We thank you for everything. The rooms are clean, every part of the hotel is spotless.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THE PICTURES ARE OLD THE PLAY AREA IS DANGEROUS A KNIFE WAS FOUND AT TOP OF KIDS SLIDE STABBED IN THE WOOD WHICH WOULD HAVE CUT MY GRANDDAUGHTER IF IT HADNT NOTICED BY MYSELF LEFT BY HOTEL STAFF THE HOTEL STAFF TRIED TO SAY IT WAS A GUESTS THEN CAME BACK AND AGREED IT WAS THERE STAFF THE FLOOR TILES ARE CRACKED AND BROKEN THE BATHROOM HAS BROKEN POWER OUTLET AND LIGHT AND ALL THIS IS WITHIN 4 HOURS OF BEING HERE FIRST CHOICE REP WONT HELP US OR MOVE US PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE DEFINITELY NOT 4 STAR THIS HAS BEEN MISSOLD TO US AND WE WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER

This was the worst holiday I’ve ever been on. Had a hole in the wall, very rude staff, extremely unhygienic, the shower was in full power and no water was coming out. The light fell out the ceiling and took 2 days to be fixed even tho we reported it immediately to reception. Food was inedible. Entertainment was not good. Would not recommend at all.

Great food, great location, amazing staff, right on the beach and plenty of space for everyone. The hotel rooms are basic enough but definitely need some refurbishment in the future. Can’t really complain about anything as you have everything you need from the moment you arrive, and if there is any issue at all, the staff are happy to help! Special shout out to Emir and Luka from the animation team who did everything to make us feel welcome and showed genuine friendship towards us. Another special thanks goes to the young porter (didn’t catch his name) who carried our bags to our room, helped us whenever we had questions and also didn’t hesitate to stop for a quick chat when he wasn’t too busy. The staff work super long days here but still have a smile on their faces and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable - what more could you want? Also, plenty of alcohol is provided as part of the all inclusive, as well as lots of food choices and totally free use of beach towels and sun beds. For such a great price with all amenities, there really is nothing to complain about.

The best years of this hotel passed.. rooms are stinky and below 4 stars standars, much below. Air conditioning is noisy, but when you open the window other guests (Turkish and Russian) won't allow to have a good night sleep as well. The beach is sandy, but rather small - umbrellas are so close to each other that it is difficult to walk among them. If you will eat something warm in restaurant you are very, very lucky guest. Only three kind of fruits, sweets everyday the same, juices undrinkable. Alcohol types (e.g. white wine, beer)runs out during the day. Only thing that was really OK was the attitude of the staff and the garden. Generally I do not recommend to choose this hotel.

It’s long overdue moneys being spent on it. Food is atrocious even now running out of butter, all fruit juices. Not good food for European's. Will never come again for sure but stuck for 5 more days so making what we can from it

What an absolute dump this place is, whoever is writing the reviews that is hotel if fabulous wants shooting! It’s an absolute health and safety hazard it filthy, upon arrival I found more hair in the bed than on an Afghan hound. The pillowy were all stained, when I asked for clean ones I caught them getting some from out of the dirty laundry. The shower in the bathroom is completely black from mould. Please avoid this hotel at any cost!!!
