Geweldig hotel, zorgzame medewerkers. Als je iets extra's wilt wordt het gelijk geregeld. Ik en mijn vriendinnen hebben een uitstekende 3 dagen gehad. Ik raad iedereen aan om minimaal dagen te verblijven.

This is an excellent hotel with warm staff, beautiful interiors and unbelievable views. We enjoyed our stay here and it was easy to manage everybody because the hotel staff helped us with booking our adventures and very accommodating of our requests.

Nice and cozy hotel. Next time I would choose a room on the upper floor, as there are no windows on the lower floors. The staff is really helpful and kind. The hotel location is great, as you can reach the central part of the town in a minute's walk.

One of the best hotels in the area. Great location - central in the Cappadocia area. Kind & helpful hotel staff. You may feel that services or rooms could be a little better, but one must consider that this place is practically in the middle of nowhere.

I liked the hotel for the most part, it had little issues here and there. I didn’t particularly like the breakfast because it was mainly Turkish and it was the same thing every day. However, the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Fatih was nice and answered any questions I had.

Really nice niche hotel. Rooms were very clean and large. Hotel staff were phenomenal and the view from the restaurant was amazing.

We liked the architecture design and the staff were very helpful
But the room was noisy on the main road and construction next to the hotel

The room, although nicely furnished, had several issues. The curtain was broken and fell down, the Jacuzzi shower tub was difficult to exit and really slippery. Overall, the room was not offering the comfort we had expected. The cleaning arrived in the afternoon when we were in the room at 4 pm for a short nap. They did not speak any English and we were not able to communicate. The breakfast buffet was rich, but in terms of quality just average. Due to the excellent position and cozy atmosphere, still three stars. Apart from this, much less. It is also not clear what the actual hotel rating is, as Google and Tripadvisor mark the hotel as 1 star.

Had a great time in this hotel the rooms are excellent specially the kings suit, the staff are helpful and at their service at all time special thanks to Halil and the team
