酒店非常有設計感，自帶的公共基礎設施很不錯，餐廳非常棒，吃的東西也還可以，風景看出去很開闊，感覺更適合情侶出遊

The valet stiffed our friends, one who was disabled and they took US9.00 to let park while the disabled husband was let out of their car. I complained to Eric the manager and he promised to refund the US$9.00 back to us and he did not

The hotel was beautiful and the staff amazing. What we didn't expect was that it essentially turned into a nightclub at night. The place was extremely busy. The hotel attracts an upper class crowd, but way too many people. You could hear the techno music from a club next door until 11 pm in addition to air traffic from the busy airport. The property was amazing, but may not be the best option for a family with younger kids that want to call it an early night. Parking was also not the most convenient, but plentiful.

I absolutely love this property. Everything is always so clean and feels like home. Convenient to a lot of shopping and food places.

After a few hectic days of driving to get to a business conference it was really nice to settle into a lux room with a gorgeous wide open view. Relaxing.

This is, quite simply, a magnificent hotel. As someone who has traveled for business and pleasure all over the world, more often than not, most hotels are uninteresting boxes. This hotel had character, had depth. Havens was a wonderful breakfast place, music not too loud, greenery on the walls to soften sound. Dinner at Bacan’s was sublime. Our suite was generous in size, quiet and automated. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay! We will be back!

I forgot a hard drive in my room. They refused to check inside the room. After a kind of fight at the phone they let me talk to the GM. He promised to send someone. Im still waiting for his call. Nothing. Terrible.
