Best Western Airport Inn Suites

Old hotel. I was there for one night only and I wanted to have a good rest, but the room was old, ac was not working properly and overall I did not feel the confort I wanted to have. You can definitely have something better for the same money.

Great and easy stay

Nothing really unfamiliar from other hotels. It's located close to the airport which is nice if you have an upcoming flight, but it wouldn't be my first choice of a hotel in orlando. There are many in this price range that probably offer more variety from the free breakfast to the amenities. It's clean overall but I do feel it is a little dated. Everything works and the bathrooms are nice and newly renovated. Overall a satisfactory trip and hotel, if that's what you're looking for and nothing more this is your hotel.

We stay in Best Western Hotels all across America this is hands down THE WORST we’ve stayed in. The rooms are dirty, old & damaged furniture (bathroom vanity is broken & scraped up) a TOTAL DIVE! They should give Diamond Elite members free stays (which I wouldn’t take even for free) the mattresses are lumpy & extremely uncomfortable. Continental breakfast also THE WORST we’ve seen bowl of cold cereal (Cheerios or rice Chex)) Strawberry yogurt or toast is the ONLY choices nothing for the Keto diets! DO NOT STAY HERE! One of the 2 elevators is out of service. This hotel is an EMBARRASSMENT to the BEST Western name!!!!!

Choe this place because they offered a shuttle to the airport. What was not disclosed was that they only take 10 people per hour to the airport. Water in our room was not hot, only lukewarm. Vanity was cracked, harboring who knows what germs. Traveled with 3 other couples. One of the other couples complained about the shuttle service and was given a $50 refund. The hotel tried to charge my credit card 3 times before we arrived so my credit card company locked it as a security threat. Pick a different place to stay.

I chose this hotel in the Go Port package because I needed a room for one and it was the most affordable. My relatives stayed in a different room. After a day of travel it was a relief to have the hotel shuttle arrive soon after we landed (4:30 pm) and get us to the hotel pronto. Our lady driver was courteous and prompt. The sofa had been removed but I was alone and didn’t care. The TV and remote worked good, my bed was comfy and my room was clean and quiet. I did not have any problems at all at this hotel except the wifi was wishy-washy. My relatives love the Mexican restaurant right across the street and there is a Waffle House right next door. Breakfast was good and the Go Port bus had us all packed up and ready to go by 10 am the next morning. The Go Port package really does make it easy to cruise in this area. Just book it plenty early because the less expensive hotels sell out first. If I cruise from this area again I would happily choose this hotel with a Go Port package.

This is the basis of an e mail I sent to the GM, after I checked out. I did not receive a response. There was no access to a manager when I checked in. i was there 17th Feb for one night. Then off to the airport in the early AM. Shuttle service was on time and courteous. There was no manager on duty, as per the clerk, to discuss my concerns with. So I called your property today but you were out and I was unable to leave a message. I was in room 422, very ,very small. The front desk person ( younger, brown complexion, no name tag) said I got what I paid for! My concern was there was no desk to work at, no chair at all to sit on and no clock to set, for my early morning departure. He said you were sold out and he could not take a chair or a clock from one of the sold out rooms.(for me to use) And that there was no surplus inventory. Again he reminded me I got exactly what I paid for! There was absolutely nothing he could or would do, to satisfy my concerns.He was very rude to me and my wife. I could elaborate further but I hope you understand how I feel, two days later. I ask that you give me a courtesy, dollar amount, adjustment on my room.

My family went in February for a soccer tournament. We were told the only rooms available to book were the queen suits. Room sleeps 6. 2 queen beds and a pull out couch that sleeps 2 children. Thought this would work well for my family of 6; 2 adults 4 kids. The price after fees was right about $500 for 2 night. When we got to our room, there was no pull out couch. The hotel staff informed us there have not been couches in over 6 months. They would not reduce our rate to a regular room rate after me showing them both puctures of a couch and a written statement of a couch on the best western website because on their computer the pictures did not show a couch. The hotel was very dark, dingy, smelled like smoke, and the suite had 2 beds a desk and a desk chair. Far cry from the description.

The hotel itself was nice enough! The breakfast was good. The room was pretty spacious. The gym was very small. The main issue we had was with the shuttle. Apparently it broke down so we waited at the airport for about 2 hours with several other travelers. The replacement vehicle eventually came and the driver was friendly and helpful, but it was still disappointing to have wasted all that time at the airport. Did not use the outdoor pool since we did not get to the hotel until after dark. The front desk originally told us they would have given us a voucher but they would not since we booked through TripAdvisor. They said they would put a note on our booking and that we should contact TripAdvisor to contact them. However, after much back-and-forth, the hotel said they had no note and would not offer any sort of refund/voucher. This was disappointing.
