This is the basis of an e mail I sent to the GM, after I checked out. I did not receive a response. There was no access to a manager when I checked in. i was there 17th Feb for one night. Then off to the airport in the early AM. Shuttle service was on time and courteous. There was no manager on duty, as per the clerk, to discuss my concerns with. So I called your property today but you were out and I was unable to leave a message. I was in room 422, very ,very small. The front desk person ( younger, brown complexion, no name tag) said I got what I paid for! My concern was there was no desk to work at, no chair at all to sit on and no clock to set, for my early morning departure. He said you were sold out and he could not take a chair or a clock from one of the sold out rooms.(for me to use) And that there was no surplus inventory. Again he reminded me I got exactly what I paid for! There was absolutely nothing he could or would do, to satisfy my concerns.He was very rude to me and my wife. I could elaborate further but I hope you understand how I feel, two days later. I ask that you give me a courtesy, dollar amount, adjustment on my room.
