I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed.

Great room and service. Carpet floors are wet however. Wish they had breakfast included.

非常滿意，距離弗洛裏達mall很近，吃東西方便，對面有大超市，距離公交總站7-8分鐘路程，那裡有公交車去機場很方便。
酒店乾淨，房間面積大，有免費咖啡，有健身房泳池，性價比高。

Homeless in the lobby and room. Dirty room. Door open to room when arrived. Left immediately. Would not issue refund

No breakfast. No ‘do not disturb’ sign in the room. No coffeemaker in room. Tv channels not coming in nor any info or menu button on remote.

Room was a good size and reasonably clean. Bathroom could have been better as far as the cleaning. Beds were way too soft for us (personal preference) but the bedding was very clean and fresh. Had good size fridge and TV but was lacking a microwave. Had a Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds next door Decent value for the money. Was a little disappointed that we found two small roaches the morning we were leaving. Seems be be the norm for Florida middle of the rang accommodation. Overall though reasonable for what we paid

The property was clean and simple with no frills but the staff were super friendly. The hotel was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay before heading to the airport.

It is ok for the price charged. Location is very close to highway and walking distance to McDonald's, Dunkin donuts. Located near car dealership. Room is semiclean. I found somebody's hair on the pillows and crumbles on the floor. We booked over month prior but were send to all the way to the other wing of the hotel. Stayed for 1 night only- kids competition.
