Water pressure low. No breakfast options for vegan people. Will never stay here again

Loved the hotel but one thing we didn’t enjoy was the smell of our hotel room. Thankfully we were out all day but the smell was our only issue.

Great for a quick stay. Elevator had me nervous at times… twilight zone tower of terror is at Hollywood studios not here please fix it. Lol.

This is a very nice, well kept hotel. By earlier reviews there was a recent renovation. My only concern is there are no safety/grab bars in the shower. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice but I had a very horrible experience as my hotel room on the 4th floor had mold in it. The room smelled when I checked in but got worse after I took a shower. The bathroom smelled worse and could not get rid of the smell after the shower. I checked in at night and woke up the next morning not able to breathe due to being allergic to mold.

We were met with only having room options of floor 1 or 2 which were pet friendly. We did not book a pet friendly room on purpose. I killed a roach in the wall when we first arrived, then three more as we were checking out. The refrigerator did not work and the room was very noisy. I told the person at checkout and she said since I had booked with *******, she could not refund me anything but would email me to determine a way to make it ip Toby’s. That email never arrived.

-no hot water, only at breakfast, like you have several ice machines and no kettle?
