NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ROOMS ARE SO DISGUSTING AND BROKEN DOWN HAD TO SWITCH ROOM TWICE THEN WHEN I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE ROOMS THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY SHE THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AS SOON AS I WALK UP WHEN I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A KEY SHE GAVE ME ONE BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR

Hotel room is very basic, the rugs are dirty (or look that way, it’s impossible to know for sure), the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean.
Breakfast is so so, nothing special. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent with tons of places to eat right outside.

The location of the hotel is fair. It is about 30 minutes to the Convention Center by foot. There is not much services. You can call the hotel to give more shampoo or clean the room. Otherwise, they will not do it.

Kicked us out because a house keeper lied and said we were smoking in the room terrible service and threatened to call the police on us if we weren’t out within 20 minutes

Could not log in on WiFi, called front desk…they were of no help. Bathroom ceiling has ceiling whose paint is flaking off…but they just painted over it. Step in the shower and you track in dirt & grime from walking in from the room. The sink is on an angle as it is falling down….they have tried to caulk it…but it is moldy. There are light bulbs missing from the track lighting. When asked for a do not disturb sign…was told housekeeping has those and they have left for the day. The customer seems to be a disruption for the front desk staff…is the impression they give.

The only I found that it was convenient to the atea i was doing business. I don't know how Choice Inns qualifies this property to be listed. Too many things to list.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly just a cheap nice clean place to stay very convenient to everything on iDrive.
