On International Drive, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, AC. Staff is really helpful.

There was an issue with the 2 included breakfasts that they were not in hotel’s system.
They finally gave me a voucher to cover the breakfasts cost.

Overall was great! Except the deposit was not mentioned online at the time of booking and had to pay $20 for parking on the property.

I called the Hotel from the airport for early check in and the staff said I could come in early. When I arrived approximately 3 hours prior to the check in time (3 PM) I was told to pay $50 extra for early check in. I did not pay this pay as I did not expected to pay for early check in specially after being told to come in to check in early. The Hotel Employees need to talk to each other so there is no miscommunication. The Hotel checked me in after a 2 hour wait time and upgraded my room - but this did not matter as I was attending a conference 15 hours a day and only slept at the Hotel for 6-7 hours. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk to Convention center so it is walkable distance. My overall rating is 3.75 star (even though I could have degraded to 3 star due to an issue at the Hotel). Hotel rooms may need some work and it may be time to upgrade some rooms.
