Great place to stay with your family and friends!

Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

The price was right. The bar says it has happy at 4pm. The bar staff said they were not ready. Didn’t get a drink till 530pm. The pool was warm during the wintertimes.

Convenient location to Disney World. My shower curtain was too short and caused water to get on the floor when showering. The main entry door wouldn’t close properly. Housekeeping never came to check up on our needs until 8:30 pm the night before we checked out of the hotel. Lastly, the room had an old musty foot odor.

Had a late arrival due to flight delay. There was not a room available after I called a week in advance letting them know that I would be checking in late and had my infant son with me. Was finally given a smaller room than the one booked but was told the following day I would be given the suite that I booked. After we arrived at the new room we immediately noticed that this room was filthy. The floors were soo dirty we had to take towels and wipe the floor with them, also the safe was locked. Overall DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The paid price doesnt include all the commodities and had to pay 350$ extra to access the site. No balcony and very loud!

Limited seating in living room area made it difficult for everyone to be in the same space. Staff was very unfriendly, didn’t care to assist or even acknowledge us. One of the elevators did not work, looked like there may be people living in the resort rooms. There was a security guard when checking inn but seemed like anyone could go through the entrance which didn’t make me feel safe with my family.
Would recommend working on staff and customer service to start.
The surrounding area outside the resort is nice and is really close to Disney.
