Great place to stay with your family and friends!

Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

Was ok but really upset about addition fees. Breakfast ( has a photo of buffet on website but no mention of fees for such). Had to pay a resort fee for pools etc that we didn’t use and extra parking fee per night . Was informed after the fact that additional fees would be charged but was to late for us the cancel plans. My booked thru *******.

It was extremely hard to locate our room. It took 45 minutes. The map and some quick few second instructions were not helpful. It was best to go through the parking lot to find our building and then the room. The beds were comfortable and room clean.

The arcade and restaurants were excellent
the sofa bed was no good. When my daughter was lying down on the bed, she was feeling the spring and was making sound

My kids had the best time they are 10 and 7. The water park and pool activities were great. Kids 11 and under ate free with adult food purchase which was a great deal.

This Holiday Inn location saved my Bday weekend. I will explain why. My wife and self booked a hotel room with Cypress Point Resort first, but I will say there's some information that was left out from their website, and it's key Timeshare resort yes Cypress Point Resort is a timeshare resort management where just terrible on customer service. The room smelled like moth balls that had been in the closet for decades. What killed the situation was that the bed felt like it was a spring bed that had been in the room for years without being changed, but if like acupuncture this timeshare, you would enjoy. Why am I writing this for the Holiday Inn Layra!!!! I explained our situation, and she helped us in so many ways and understood us, and didn't flinch to help.
Layra was exceptional 👌 👏 🙌 she saved my birthday weekend, and that's why I wrote this review she should be recognized. Thank you, Leyra, from Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Water Park.
