Friendly personnel. Convenient location. Spacy rooms with a bit of outdated furniture. Overall - very good!

Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was terrible. The fruit wasn't fresh. The oatmeal was the quick type and gone at 9 am. They only had white bread. Restocking didn't happen. The brown sugar and fruit bowl ran out. There was no coffee available except at breakfast. The furniture was old. Our couch was broken down and uncomfortable. The gym was the worst part! Only 2 of the 5 exercise machines worked, empty sanitizing wipe dispenser, and no water or towels. Everything looked dirty and the remote control to the tv had no batteries.

I purchased this hotel stay because it said it included a free breakfast but the employees told me simce it was a private stay it wasn't included. They also misplaced the Card Registration form which means they lost the first one I signed.

Overall the place isn’t that bad. The building itself needs a little bit more love and care. The whole 2nd floor smelled of someone cooking pot roast. The pressure from the shower head a bit weak. The seats in the dinning area were all scratched up. Breakfast was nothing spectacular. Had to go downstairs to get comp coffee bags myself but machine did work. But it was quiet. Close to many attractions. The beds were comfy. For the price it was just ok.

Stay at the hotel for a quick weekday getaway. The property was a good place for the family. I would recommend it to others. The breakfast was excellent and had a large variety of selections. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and it showed the crew members pride. thank you for a great stay!!!!

Worst experience ever. The power went out twice and the final time was at night. No ETA on when it would be fixed and claimed it was a city issue and everyone was out of power even though they were the only hotel on the street without power. Refused any type of refund as it was “not their fault”. We left around 11:30 that night as the room was getting extremely warm and we had a big day traveling and needed showers and a good nights sleep. Very disappointed

The property is very much in need of a remodeling. It was clean and the staff was nice. The location is very convenient for visiting the parks. I did not enjoy the breakfast offerings.
