Everything great!! Only issue was that one elevator was out of order. But we had a nice stay!

Convenient airport shuttle, friendly staff, great breakfast, priced right, comfortablebeds & very clean rooms! Wish there was more dining and shopping options in the immediate area. Waffle House was in walking distance, which was great!

Breakfast had a lot of options. Our room was clean but the building overall wasn’t in great condition. The carpet had stains and food mashed into it. The elevators were slow, loud,shaky and I thought they were going to break.

Great location. Close to the airport means a short shuttle ride. The shuttle was available at 3:30 am which was ideal.

The property was in decent condition. Being from a less humid area, I’ve become accustomed to the mildew smell in hotel rooms in Florida when I travel there, But that wasn’t an issue for me at this property. The room had a scent like it was freshly painted. And everything seemed to be in good condition. The area isn’t terribly walkable, but I haven’t been to many walkable areas in Florida anyway. But there is public bus transportation right in front of the property and there’s shopping a pretty close straight shot down the street.
The complimentary breakfast was a decent spread of the usual continentals with some hot and cold breakfast add ins. Pleasant staff, pleasant experience.

Friendly people the room was clean. The hotel is dated but well kept. The only thing is that the pillows were not regular size pillows other than that great place. I was able to leave my car there instead of the airport for an extra fee. Shuttle rooms us to and back from the airport with no issues.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great and friendly front office and kitchen staff.
Great breakfast menu.
Great entertainment.
Convenient shuttle.
Improve on room service staff. They should learn some english since not everyone speaks spanish.
