Staff is so nice and always smile with quick and accurate responses. Room charge is reasonable during peak Christmas time but the indoor cafeteria should be improved as the area is so small but the quantity and quality of breakfast is really good

酒店房間舒適，網絡速度慢是美國大部分酒店的通病。酒店停車位置充足。空調系統很好。是一個性價比不錯的酒店。

Liked only one bathtub bar, but at least had one.
Disliked - breakfast until 9:30 am
Disliked - seemed to have 1 elevator only for
everone including housekeeping.

We did not stay at the hotel. Hotel did not provided us the Room, So we cannot stay. They still charged us the amount and they are not refunding the amount.
We booked the room for 2 Queen Beds and 1 Double Sofa Bed. The room was not available.

The staff was super friendly and nice. But the hotel itself is very rundown. The rooms are old, smell like mildew and the air conditioning is LOUD. Turns off and on every 20 minutes waking everyone up constantly. Rugs are dirty and very stained. Walls are made of paper and you can hear everything that goes on outside. I wouldn’t say the price is worth it.

Great front desk service. Continental bteakfast was only boiled eggs as the most for protein. There was no vaiety, nothing you wake ip and look forward to. Room carpet was dirty,

The door to our room barely shut. You had to lift the entire door to close it. The bathroom door also hung on the hinges and was difficult to open from the inside once it was closed. The staff was nice enough but it was very hot inside the room, even with the AC on. We also had to put down an extra $400 deposit on the room when we got to the hotel that we were not aware of. I thought this was bizaare since the property was in such poor condition.
