The only room they had left was a room that smelled so bad of dogs. After driving 2 hours and it was 10pm we didn’t want to try and find another place to stay. So we asked for some type of discount for staying in a room that smelled so badly. I was told that a manager would call me on Monday about getting a room comp. Today is Friday and I still haven’t heard from anyone.

They will accept early check-in if you pay for extra day. Toilet overflowed 3 times. No breakfast, coffee pot or shampoo in room so bing your own if needed. No pool!

The rooms smelled mike mildew. I believe it was limited to the 3rd floor. My daughter had a room on the 2nd floor and it didnt smell anything like ours. The front desk attendant was amazing though. Very helpful and courteous! The front desk area smelled beautiful! I happen to love the smell of clean clothes though.

The first room smelled like someone's year old gym socks. I was reassigned to room #308. It only smelled a little when you first entered. The bathroom light was out. The cook top did not work. Hotel advertised toaster and kitchen utensils were available. They were not.
Not enough luggage carts, and the ones that were available were in disrepair.

Non smoking room smelled very awful, like smoke hard to breath, had a few bugs. White Sheets were covered in black lint. Also looked like bugs. Vending machine card readers did not work. Tried several cards.
