第一天去的時候還沒打掃，訂的高層卻給我一個一樓房間，而且整個房間都是漂白水味道，我一家子人都等在外面，餐枱上都是臟毛巾，位置還算可以 後面換了一個房間但是入住體驗不好，住了三天沒有人打掃

다 좋아요 리조트 내에 음식도 팔고 디즈니, 유니버셜, 씨월드 각각 셔틀버스도 있어서 편했습니다.

Our 3 bedroom suite was damp and smelled of chlorine and we weren't even near the pool. The main swimming area was nice. Poor customer service. We received a text from the resort stating 'need anything, let us know', so I'd ask for towels and never got any even though they said they were working on it. No daily housekeeping; would have been nice to at least get our garbage picked up. Overall decent resort, but would not stay here again.

Very close to the outlet mall and alot of other shops. Also alot of food options around the resort. Only thing that could of been better was a heated pool

The toilet 🚽 would constantly running since the plug didn't close properly you would have to open it for it to close in the king room.king size bed looked sunken in.But plenty of rooms enough for family of 7.It was pretty clean.Just the plant in the middle needed to be dusted.only one restroom had paper toilet when doing a first walkin inside for two bathrooms.those are the minor inconvenience w

The weather was not in our favor but we still enjoyed our trip and our stay here, everything was clean and the service was super pleasant, the rooms are comfortable and spacious… we only stayed one night but looking forward to staying more days! my daughters loved it!

One pool shut down so everyone has to drive or walk to other pool by main off.But they need better floor cleanings put socks on hour later White wasn't white at bottom no more. More kitchen pots and better water pressure in shower. Other than that I liked the stay.

We first arrived and it was musty. After going through bathroom we found mold on ceiling in multiple places. The front door also barely shut and the overall place was cheap and dingy. Front desk lady was a great help and switched our room. Still mold on bathroom ceiling but much less. The whole place looks like it had been flooded at some point. There’s old water damage everywhere. Would by stay here again, it felt cheap and burn and turn
