They gave me the wrong room and every furniture in the room was soaked. Adrian however was great even though I couldn’t change rooms

Great location but room floor was dirty, television, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge were not working and neither was the telephone as I tried calling front desk, no dial tone. There’s no soap in the bathroom. Ac unit was not working. I tried called from desk and had to leave a voicemail and made them aware of the situation and still no call back. I had to leave in the mine of the night due to ac not working and was too tired to even go and complain. Just don’t know why I haven’t even received a call back. Very upsetting.

Room was mostly tidy, other than the wall in the bathroom had some strange coloured streaks & splatter on it, bedroom area was very nice. Bathroom area was very dated, door to bathroom had been painted so many times on top of hinges had trouble actually closing the door

I do not understand why I keep getting more charges. Yesterday was suppose to be $60 for a late check out. It was charged $83 and additional $150.00. We were also called at 7:30pm and told we left our dogs there.we we’re off the property at 3:50. Why we’re we charged another $150.00

The room is very basic. The rest of the property is nice and modern. Would of like more effort would of gone into making the room nicer such as art on the walls or decorative furniture.

Terrible do not book here. Stayed 4 nights and my room was only cleaned the first night, unable to get in touch with room service for more towels or the front desk at all, and the rooms look nothing like the images, floors were dirty, shower rusty and would only produce one temperature, extremely hot, elevators smelled like a bottle exchange room. Not what I thought I paid for, definitely will not be back.

The property was very nice. The landscape was beautiful. The Staffing were nice. Helpful. But after waiting in a long line we were given key cards to a room that had people still in it. That was embarrassing and frustrating to no end. I had to drive back to the front desk and there was a long line. After waiting the customer service lady was very helpful and corrected it. But after a long day it was frustrating. The beds were very nice the room was very clean . everything worked great.
