This is an amazing resort! There were minor bumps in the beginning but I was accommodated accordingly and the staff was absolutely professional and gracious in every way! I will definitely be returning next year!

They advertise a pool bar. There is NO pool bar. It is a small cafeteria type room by the pool. The walls in the room are extra thin. I recorded a whole conversation my neighbor was having on the phone. Clear as a bell. I had a door between the rooms. My room was a studio room. Smallest room I have ever had in a hotel. The Hampton Inn would have been much nicer. No free breakfast either. No Starbucks either.

Everything was wonderful except the walls are paper thin and I could hear all conversations, bathroom trips, etc. on both sides of my room. Not good.

Great facility for families as the rooms are large and the pool and activity room (including air hockey, foosball, video games, etc) are great. Location is convenient to get all the theme parks.

Reception sends you to another desk to pick up the parking pass. This desk is the Hilton timeshare desk. Instead of just giving you the parking pass, they start their pitch by offering you gift cards in return for attending their timeshare presentation. Do not give them your phone number. Hilton timeshare will call you everyday to sell you a timeshare. It is impossible to get them to stop calling you.

We did not like the calls to offer time share.
We like the attention at the front desk, concierge and bell boy.
The room was clean and had everything we could use to be confortable.
