출장으로 예약했는데, 가성비는 만족합니다. 조식도 옵션별로 합리적이고 결제방식도 합리적입니다. 엘레베이터가 낡았지만 그정도는 충분히 감수할만 합니다.

They are very misleading about the breakfast! They will make you pay $16 if you don’t have the bed and breakfast package, which is fine but very misleading! I heard multiple other people complaining at the hotel desk about this…The water in the shower was also cold, which is just not good after a long day. I called and they said they’d fix it and never did but it was very unpleasant.

For the price of the room, I expected it to be nicer. The room had a musty smell, the floor of the bathroom was not clean, and I am not sure about the tub. We were too exhausted to change rooms. Lesser hotels provide better breakfasts. Thought it disappointing that only continental breakfast was free. You provide more, but at an additional cost. We should have stayed at the Hampton inn. Their rooms are nicer and they provide a good breakfast. At least the employees were friendly, and they had a nice fitness center.

Rooms had a terrible odor even after we changed rooms and cleaned and sprayed everything. Staff was good and gave towels and ect when requested.

Friendly staff! Clean rooms and clean overall. Great location close to UCF and lots of restaurants and shopping. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning was excellent!

The property is old but well kept, the room was clean, the people at the front desk were nice and friendly. The employees in the hallway were friendly and helpful.
